In this pre-visit guide you will find information to prepare you for our appointment and answer any questions you may have.
Preparing for your appointment
Contrary to the popular belief that dirty hair is better when getting your hair colored, clean hair is best.
Excessive build-up or root sprays that cover grey can cause a barrier and affect the performance of hair color. Clean or second day hair is preferred.
Avoid wearing any clothing that is bulky around the neck, especially if you are getting a hair cut.
Location
I am located just southwest of the intersection of Lake St. and W. McNeese St. Inside The Studios of the Signatures Salon complex.
At the bottom of the page you will find a Google Maps link for GPS directions.
The Studios are located on the west side of the complex, thru the black door labeled STUDIOS. I'm the first door on the right, Studio 1.
Parking and Arrival
Client parking is free and in the front of the building.
Due to the sensitive nature of hair loss and extensions, client privacy is very important to me. If you arrive early and the door is closed, I am with a client. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area, and we'll begin your appointment shortly.
Restrooms are located down the hallway to the left and the first door on the right.
Experience
My #1 goal is to have you leaving loving your hair. Which is why our visit will start with a full 15-20 minute consultation where we are going to cover your hair history and goals for this appointment and future appointments.

(Note that combining extension and color appointments can last from 3-5 hours.)
My studio is completely private and I do not double book clients.
Your time in my chair is very important to me and should be the exact experience you are looking for. Whether that means bringing your laptop to catching up on work, reading a book, scrolling socials, or quietly relaxing. WIFI and various chargers are available.
The Big Reveal
Once your gorgeous new hair is complete we will discuss the products I used, my hair loss/scalp recommendations, and any at home care you that you may be interested in.
I do carry Davines products for purchase.
You will also have the opportunity to book your next appointment or you may book online at your convenience. Then we may step outside and take a few photos or videos for social media.
