Booking your appointment is effortless with my easy online booking.
The Pre-Visit
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation text with your appointment information. You will also receive a series of new guest emails detailing how to prepare, what to expect at your appointment and answering any questions you may have.
You will receive a text 48 hours before your appointment asking you to confirm. If you need to reschedule or cancel you may do so through the text or online booking link.
I will be in contact with you leading up to your appointment and encorage you to reach out if you have any questions before your appointment.
The Consultation
If you arrive early and the door to my suite is closed, I am finishing up with my current client. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
We will begin our appointment with an in-depth consultation and confirm anything we may have previously discussed through our communications. We will discuss your goals and address any concerns you may have so that we can create the perfect plan for you , before beginning your service.
During your service I will have complimentary refreshments, WiFi, chargers, and relaxing music. My studio is completely private and I do not double book clients.
Your time in my chair is very important to me and should be the exact experience you are looking for. Whether that means catching up on work, reading a book, scrolling socials, or quietly relaxing. So please feel free to bring your laptop, headphones, or a book.
A Refreshed You
Once we've completed our plan for your appointment we will discuss your thoughts and make any notes for our next appointment and future goals.
I will recommend any take home hair/scalp care to increase the longevity of your new hair.
I carry Davines and Isles Formula products for purchase.
You will also have the opportunity to book your next appointment or you may book online at your convenience. Then we'll step outside and take some after photos or videos for social media.
